NYSHFA staff is monitoring the severe weather updates and will continue to do so over the next several days.  NYS DOH strongly encourages providers to make sure your roles in the HCS Communications Role Directory are populated with the most current contact information.  You are also advised to make sure you access the Health Commerce System HCS frequently over the next several days as the Atlantic Storm is being tracked.  The Healthcare Evacuation Center (HEC) has been activated and will be monitoring the trajectory of the storm.  NYSHFA and NYSCAL have regularly scheduled conference calls with NYC DOHMH, NYS DOH, NYCEM and other stakeholders.  Please check our websites at and for storm updates, we have created a red banner to click on for easy access.  We will keep you posted with information as we receive it during the duration of this severe weather event.

As with Hurricane Sandy, our team will be available to Providers and can be reached via email or phone.  Our email addresses are posted on the website and you can click here to access the list. If you need technical assistance with the HCS, please contact Technical Support # 518-473-1809 or the HCS support line at CAMU at 1-866-529-1890 or NYS DOH Help Desk at 800-638-3808 or HCS Outreach via email at
